One of my entries for Portland's local anime con's Pocket Guide contest. I always like to use the con's mascot for my covers even if it isn't required and/or suggested.
I really liked the drawings here, but I got so into the drawing that I forgot that I wanted to draw the text and the speech bubbles. So I did my best to trace them on another sheet... and it didn't quite work so well. Plus it was pointed out to me that it should be "ku-mo-ri-CON!", but by that time I just didn't care enough and wanted to submit and forget it. And yet here I am posting it in my Deviant gallery. Silly me. |
